We want you to love your Oaf goods, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery for a refund. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all original labels and tags are intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Generate your shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Wait For Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
