Where do you ship to and how long does it take?
We ship worldwide from our UK warehouse. Domestic UK orders typically arrive within 2-3 working days, while international shipping can take between 5-10 working days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 28-day return period from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and face masks cannot be returned.
How do I know which size to choose?
Our pieces often feature an oversized or boxy fit. We recommend checking the specific size guide located on each product page to find your perfect measurements.
Can I cancel or amend my order once it's placed?
Because we move fast to get your gear to you, we are generally unable to cancel or change orders once they are confirmed. Please double-check your shipping address and items before checking out.
Do you restock items that are sold out?
Most of our collections are limited edition and once they are gone, they are gone for good. However, we occasionally restock core staples, so we recommend signing up for back-in-stock notifications on the product page.
Will I have to pay customs and import duties?
For orders outside of the UK, your shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs office.
